One project deserves one system.

Phasivo was created around a simple observation: residential development projects are managed through many disconnected tools, even though the project itself is one connected system.

The budget lives in one spreadsheet, the units in another, the contracts in a folder, the decisions in someone’s inbox and the buyers’ questions in a messaging app. Everyone can see a piece of the project; nobody sees it whole without collecting it by hand.

Phasivo is being built specifically around the way developers in Southeast Europe work — the phases, permits, situations, cadastral registration, PDV and the owners’ associations that come with a residential building here — and around the developer’s view of the project rather than a single department’s.

It is built in Banja Luka, in English and Serbian, and developed together with the developers who use it.
