Phasivo ("we", "us") provides project management software to construction developers and investors, along with a branded public website and buyer tools for each of their projects. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it's kept safe. It applies to phasivo.com and to every project site built on the Phasivo platform.
What information we collect
We collect only what's needed to run the platform and respond to enquiries:
Apartment buyers
If you use a project's apartment configurator to design and save a unit layout, we collect your name, email address, and phone number so we can save your selections and send you a confirmation email.
Contact and enquiry forms
If you submit a contact form — on phasivo.com or on an individual project's public website — we collect your name, email address, and whatever message or project details you provide, so we can route your enquiry to the right team.
Staff and admin accounts
Developers, project managers, supervisors, and contractors who log in to the platform have an account with a name and email address, used for authentication and internal notifications.
How we use this information
- To send you a confirmation email when you save an apartment configuration.
- To route a contact or enquiry form to the relevant project or organisation so someone can respond to you.
- To operate standard account functionality — signing in, password resets, and internal notifications for logged-in staff.
- We never use your data for advertising, and we never build tracking profiles from it.
Where your data is stored
All data is stored in Supabase, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Transactional emails — configuration confirmations and enquiry notifications — are sent through Resend. We don't use any other third-party data processors.
What we don't do
We never sell your personal data to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.
