How a buyer gets in

The link goes out by e-mail by itself when the contract is signed. A new phone or computer also asks for a six-digit code sent to the buyer’s e-mail; the device is then remembered for 30 days.

What the office gets

Fewer calls and messages: buyers see what they have paid and what comes next. When a buyer books a handover time or reports a problem, the sales team gets an e-mail.

In the developer’s brand

The developer’s logo, colours and contacts, in the project’s language — Serbian or English. Phasivo is not shown anywhere.

Less retyping

What repeats, Phasivo does for you.

Typing in, copying over and chasing people are the jobs nobody likes. Phasivo takes them on — and what it reads is always a proposal until a person confirms it.

Phasivo reads your invoices

Drop in supplier invoices and fiscal receipts — a PDF or a phone photo. Phasivo fills in the supplier, date, amounts and VAT and recognises the contractor by tax number; nothing becomes an expense until someone checks it and confirms.

…and contractors’ progress bills

Phasivo reads the line items from a contractor’s progress bill — items, quantities, prices — next to what was billed before. The supervisor checks and saves.

Contracts from your own Word template

A pre-contract, a sales contract or an annex: the buyer, the apartment, the price, the payment plan and the finishes fill themselves into your template.

Leads arrive by themselves

Every enquiry from the project page and every saved configuration becomes a lead in Phasivo, and the sales team gets an e-mail.

Confirmations and reminders

The buyer gets a reservation confirmation and, where the office switches them on, a reminder before each instalment and before the reservation expires. When the last instalment is paid, the contract is complete and the office is told.

Everyone gets their own notices

Sales hears about reservations, contracts and payments; the site team about progress bills, contractor guarantees and defects — by e-mail and in the app, in their own language.

Automatic reading of documents can be switched off for your organisation; everything else works the same.
