The terms behind your license.
These terms govern the use of the Phasivo platform by developer and investor organisations ("you", "your organisation") that license it for a construction project. By using Phasivo, you agree to these terms.
What Phasivo provides
Phasivo is a project management platform for construction projects, covering feasibility through after-sales, plus a branded public marketing website for your project and a buyer-facing apartment configurator. Phasivo is licensed on a one-time, per-project basis, with an annual maintenance and support fee for the duration of the project — there are no tiers and no per-seat subscription, and every license includes the full platform. Pricing isn't published publicly; it's agreed directly with you based on your project's scope.
Your account and responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information your organisation enters into the platform, and for keeping your team's login credentials confidential. Each staff member (project managers, supervisors, contractors) you invite should have their own account — accounts shouldn't be shared.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Phasivo only for legitimate construction project management, and not to use it to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach the platform's security, or access data belonging to another organisation.
Limitation of liability
Phasivo is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep the platform available and your data safe, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may end the arrangement in line with the license agreed for your project. If your license ends, we'll provide a reasonable window to export your project's data before it's removed from the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
